Understanding Your Delivery Time: Your delivery time is a combination of the following two components:
- Processing Time: This is the time required to prepare and customize your order. Each item is uniquely made-to-order. The estimated processing time requested 3-5 business days to handcraft if there are no special circumstances.
- Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our facility and delivered to you.
To estimate when you will receive your order, simply add the processing time to the shipping time. This will give you a better understanding of when to expect your purchase.

Standard Shipping is about 9-15 business days.
Free shipping is about 13-20 business days.
Expedited shipping is about 7-11 business days.
During periods of high order volumes, shipments may face short delays. Please account for a few additional days in transit when expecting your delivery. Should your order face significant delays, we will inform you via email or telephone.
If your parcel has not arrived after an extended period, please first reach out to the shipping courier with your tracking information. For further assistance or unanswered queries, our team is available via email to help.
Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be emailed when your order is shipped.
- Allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
- If tracking information is not available immediately, it will update once the carrier processes your parcel.
- For delayed parcels beyond the estimated arrival date, please contact us.
Incorrect Address
- Ensure the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned.
- Returned orders will be donated to charity and not restocked.
- For orders returned due to incorrect addresses, a re-shipping fee will be required.
- We are not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after being forwarded or redirected by the final mile carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Kezalle is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered.
However, if you encounter an issue, please follow these steps:
- Check with the carrier using your tracking number.
- If the issue persists, contact us at service@customours.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
